Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LabelBid (“LabelBid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects and uses information when you visit or use labelbid.xyz, submit a fashion brand, place a bid, or make a payment.
1. Who is responsible?
LabelBid is operated by Pim Zweverink, an individual based in the Netherlands. Contact: pim@labelbid.xyz.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you use LabelBid, we may collect your name and email address; brand name and brand information; website or social media URL; category and description; bid and ranking information; payment and transaction information; IP address and basic technical information; and information you send by email or support. Brand information shown on the leaderboard may be publicly visible.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Stripe may provide payment status, transaction ID and amount. Stripe’s privacy policy also applies.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate LabelBid, create listings, process bids and payments, calculate rankings, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and improve the service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5. Public listings
LabelBid is a public leaderboard. Your brand name, logo, website, description, category, ranking and other listing information may be visible to anyone, including search engines. Do not submit information you do not want public.
6. Cookies and technical data
We may use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep LabelBid working, remember settings, protect the service and prevent abuse. We request consent where required for non-essential analytics or cookies.
7. Service providers
LabelBid uses Vercel for hosting and infrastructure, Supabase for database and related infrastructure, and Stripe for payments.
8. International processing
LabelBid operates worldwide. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, using appropriate safeguards where required.
9. Retention
We keep information only as reasonably necessary to operate, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with law and resolve disputes. Public listings may remain in backups for a limited period after removal.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction or objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent. Email pim@labelbid.xyz. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
LabelBid is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information where prohibited by law.
