Rules
The LabelBid leaderboard in a few simple rules.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Rank is your bid
Your position on the leaderboard is determined by your bid. The higher your bid, the higher your position. There is no popularity score, review score or hidden ranking algorithm.
2. The minimum bid is €5
New brands can join the leaderboard with a minimum bid of €5. Your bid must be higher than the brand you want to move above.
3. Outbidding is instant
When another brand places a higher valid bid, the leaderboard updates and your brand may move down. If you want to move back up, simply increase your bid.
4. Your bid is not a purchase of the brand
A bid only determines your position on the LabelBid leaderboard. It does not mean that LabelBid endorses, recommends or rates your brand.
5. One listing per brand
Each brand should have one listing on LabelBid. Do not submit the same brand multiple times to occupy multiple positions. If your brand operates multiple distinct labels, each label may be treated separately at LabelBid's discretion.
6. Use a real fashion brand
LabelBid is for genuine fashion labels and brands. Listings should represent a real brand, business, product or fashion project. Do not submit fake brands, impersonate another brand, or submit a brand without authorization.
7. No illegal or harmful content
We do not allow listings that are illegal or fraudulent, misleading or deceptive, phishing or malware, counterfeit or infringing third-party rights, primarily adult or sexual content, or promoting illegal goods or services. We may remove any listing that we believe violates these rules or creates a risk for LabelBid or its users.
8. No leaderboard manipulation
Do not use bots, fake accounts, payment abuse, exploits or other methods to manipulate the leaderboard. Bids must represent genuine transactions.
9. Payments are final
Bids are generally non-refundable, including when another brand outbids you. See our Terms & Conditions for the full payment terms.
10. We can remove a listing
We may remove, suspend or edit a listing if it violates these Rules or our Terms. A listing can be removed regardless of its current position or bid amount.
